Principles of Marketing

 

This course is designed to provide students with a basic background of marketing activities as seen from the manager’s point of view. This course includes marketing strategy in general, packaging and branding, distributing and channel systems, retailing, wholesaling, mass media advertising, personal selling and matters concerning pricing decisions. This course is a dual credit course through Vincennes University.

  • Describe the need for integrated marketing communications and promotion methods, including advertising, personal selling, sales promotions and public relations.
